How we made them faster

These are designed as drop-in replacements for SACMI footprints, so you don’t have to rebuild your oven just to upgrade your heat. Inside, we use high-density tungsten filaments. We focused the wattage exactly where the preform needs it most, skipping the unnecessary bulk. We also beefed up the end-caps. Why? Because constant power-cycling usually kills the seals. Ours are built to take the hit. Plus, if you’re using a high-frequency controller, these things react way faster than your typical industrial heater.
The “Catch” (and how to handle it)
Look, pushing that much energy into such a small space creates a lot of heat. If your cooling fans are clogged with dust or your airflow is sluggish, you’re going to cook your lamp holders. It’s a real risk. Just keep your housing clear and make sure the air is moving. We manufacture these to tight tolerances, so you can swap them out and get back to work without spending hours recalibrating the whole system. You keep the line moving, and your bottles stay strong.
