Here is the problem with replacing OEM infrared lamps in a Sidel Matrix oven: most of the time, you end up with a heating curve that’s just… off. Even a tiny slip in wattage or spectral output can mess everything up. You start seeing uneven heating in the preforms, and suddenly your bottle walls aren’t where they should be.
